How to Delete Your Account

You can request the deletion of your BestieAI account and all associated data directly within the app by following these steps:

  1. Open the BestieAI app.
  2. Tap the button in the top-right corner of the chat page.
  3. Tap the Settings button in the top-right corner of the new page.
  4. Tap "Privacy & Data Safety" in the settings popup.
  5. Tap "Clear All Data" or "Delete My Account".

Data Deletion Policy

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently deleted from our servers:

Usage data & activity logs Deleted
Subscription records Deleted
Please note: All data is deleted immediately upon request. There is no additional retention period. This action is irreversible — once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
